Crosstown Showdown: North vs. South Marching Bands

Downers Grove South High School may have won Friday night's crosstown football game. However, the two football teams weren't the only ones performing on the field. Check out the pregame and halftime shows for the North and South High marching bands.

Video 1: North's Pregame. North performs its pregame performance. Afterward, South joined them on the field to perform the National Anthem, sung by members of both schools

Video 2: North's halftime show. In "The Hero's Journey," the North High Trojan marching band performs two pieces from it's 2010 show, choosing music from Gladiator and Avatar.

Video 3: South's halftime show. In "Beyond the Storm," the South High Mustang marching band performs the final selection of its show, expressing the relief and joy of the calm and sunshine after the storm.
