Someone was seen taking five video games for a Wii gaming system at Dominick's, 2363 63rd St., police said. 

Purse Stolen at Brunswick Zone

Someone took a purse while the owner was bowling at Brunswick Zone, 1555 75th St., around 5:30 p.m., police said. The purse and its contents are valued at $530.

Laptop Stolen

Someone took a laptop between 7:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. from a residence in the 7200 block of Woodward Avenue, police said.

Burglary

Someone took various pieces of jewelry from a residence in the 9100 block of Talcott Road. The burglary was discovered around 10:20 a.m., police said.

Forgery, Theft

Robert Los, 19, from the 8000 block of Westview Lane in Woodridge, was arrested around 5 p.m. and charged with forgery and theft under $300, police said. Jaclyn Vath, 18, from the 500 block of Maple Lane in Darien, was also arrested and charged with forgery after the pair attempted to cash fraudulent checks at a bank in the 2400 block of 75^th Street, police said.

Theft at Kohl's

Baudelio Guerrero, 22, from the 9 block of Fernwood in Bolingbrook, was arrested around 6:15 p.m. and charged with retail theft after he removed clothing items from Kohl’s, 1001 75^th Street, police said.

DUI

Joseph Kwak IV, 21, from the 6000 block of Leonard Avenue in Downers Grove, was arrested around 12:30 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, following a single vehicle accident near 63^rd Street and Hobson Road, police said. 

Theft from Kohl's

Marija Kostova, 24, from the 2000 block of Apple Lane in Woodridge, was arrested around 3:09 p.m. and charged with retail theft after she removed various clothing items from Kohl’s, 1001 75^th Street, police said.

Burglary

Someone removed an electronic device and various pieces of jewelry between 3:30 and 5 p.m. in the 2500 block of Spring Drive, police said.
