A Loyola University Health System physician from Woodridge has been named one of Chicago's best doctors. 

Dr. Meike Uhler, who specializes in reproductive endocrinology, was named to Chicago Magazine's annual list of Chicago's Top Doctors, according to a Loyola press release. 

The list is included in the Jan. issue. 

Castle Connolly Medical Ltd., a health-care research and information company, compiled the list. The company invited all licensed physicians to nominate outstanding doctors, both regionally and nationally. 

A Castle Connolly research team evaluated each nominee's educational and professional experience before selecting the finalists, according to the release.
