Health inspection reports were not available for Carrabba's Italian GrillClara's Pasta di CasaFormosa Cafe and Hollywood Blvd. These four restaurants participated in an in-service training in food safety and sanitation on Oct. 12. An in-service is an alternative to a Health Department audit.

Demerit scores on food service establishment inspection reports are determined by the following:

  • Each inspection item is weighted, from one to five points.
  • The weight values for each observed violation are added.  Critical violations are debited for each occurrence of the violation.
  • If no violations were found, then the score is zero.

Check back for more coverage in the coming days, as Woodridge Patch posts a roundup of the cleanest local restaurants and a full list of how all restaurants performed in health inspections.

Doggie Dinner has the Best food, it is always clean & friendly when I go there. They are also very supportive of the community. This report should have told how many points are possible to earn. 15 may not really be that many.

I'd like to know what violations were observed and how many points were given for each violation.

Actually, if you click on the pictures for each of the locations, it tells you what the violations were.

Are the reports available online to view - so you can see exactly in what areas they received the points?

I listed all the violations on the reports. They're only available in paper form from the DuPage Health Department.
