Woodridge village staff will host a forum answering questions like why most road construction projects take place in the spring or what a work truck is stuffing into the sewer pipe.
The evening's topic will be on Village infrastructure such as roads, sidewalks, water and sewer systems, streetlights, signage, and other infrastructure items.
Learn how the village undertakes projects to maintain the systems that are in place that provide service to residents, and businesses, everyday. These maintenance and rehabilitation efforts are an important part in supporting our quality of life and daily needs. Come to the forum to learn and ask questions about these efforts. Please RSVP to ldavies@vil.woodridge.il.us. Input from those participating electronically will be gathered from the Village of Woodridge's Facebook page.

More About Village of Woodridge
The Village Board is the policy-making body for the Village of Woodridge. The board consists of Mayor William F. Murphy, Village Clerk Eileene Nystrom and Trustees Anne Banks, Pamela Beavers, Gina Cunningham-Picek, Joseph Kagann, Edward McManus and David Pittinger. The mayor and trustees are elected for overlapping four-year terms. The clerk also serves a four-year term. The board meets every first and third Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m. in the Werch Board Room at Village Hall.
Also at Five Plaza Drive are the offices of Village of Woodridge Building & Zoning, the Village of Woodridge Clerk and the Village of Woodridge Finance Department. The Village of Woodridge Planning & Development Department meets in the Werch Board Room every first and third Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
