Rotary International is a non-profit organization that seeks humanitarian aid and cultural and educational projects to promote global understanding. The organization consists of business and professional leaders who encourage good business ethics and promote good will. There are 1.2 million Rotarians in 30,000 clubs located in 160 countries.

The Rotary Club of Woodridge meets every Tuesday at noon at Seven Bridges Golf Club. Major service projects include the Club's annual mini-triathlon event for adults and kids, held at Cypress Cove, a recycling extravaganza in conjunction with other Woodridge groups and a used bike drive. The Club also offers college scholarships, writing tests and participated in a literacy program at the Woodridge Community Resource Center.

To honor Rotary International's centennial in 2005, the Rotary Club of Woodridge installed 1/2 mile brass markers along the bike trails within Woodridge.
