Bolingbrook Jubilee Starts Next Door to Woodridge Friday

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Woodridge for Friday, Aug. 16:

·      Friday kicks off the Bolingbrook Jubilee next door to Woodridge (375 W. Briarcliff Road, Bolingbrook.) It starts at 6:00 p.m. Friday night, and goes through Saturday and Sunday, offering free music, food vendors, bingo, a car show a craft show and a carnival. More information can be found here.

·      It’s the last day of the summer for ordinary summer hours (11:30 a.m.-8:00 p.m.) at Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park (8301 S. Janes Ave. Woodridge.) After Friday, shortened hours through Monday, Sept. 2 mark the postseason. If you have a full day at the Park planned, today is your last chance!
