Free Rock Academy Performance; Spicy Food Challenge

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Woodridge for Monday, July 29:

·      Ballydoyle Pub in Downers Grove is hosting a free performance of Rock Academy students at 4:00 p.m. Monday afternoon. “Come join our Rock Academy students as they perform the best music from Hollywood's greatest soundtracks!”

·      Fans of ultra-spicy food can test their limits at Naperville’s Heaven on Seven’s Hot as a Mutha! event (224 S. Main Street, Naperville.) $50 per person gets a seven-course meal designed to both titillate and torture the taste buds. It kicks off at 7:00 p.m.

·      Naperville’s Kidz Kabaret Theater (1665 Quincy Avenue, Unit 143) is showing Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Jr.  at 12:00 p.m. “Join Alice’s madcap adventures in Wonderland as she chases the White Rabbit, races the Dodo Bird… and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game!” Great for kids; based on the Disney film.
