Ribbon-Cutting for Advanced Wellness Center on Thursday

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Woodridge for Thursday, Aug. 15: 

·      The Woodridge Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a ribbon-cutting for the new Advanced Wellness Center at Seven Bridges (6325 Main Street, Suite 120) at noon. Refreshments will follow the ceremony.

·      All volunteers for the Woodridge Rotary Club’s 14th Annual Mini-Triathalon must attend a mandatory meeting on Thursday at 6:00 PM at the Woodridge Park District (2600 Center Drive, Woodridge.) More information can be found at the Woodridge Rotary website.

·      The Woodridge Jaycees Illinois Junior Chamber are holding their General Membership Meeting on Thursday starting at 6:30 p.m. at Shanahan’s Food and Spirits (1999 W 75th St, Woodridge) “The Woodridge Jaycees provide young people (18-40) the opportunity to create positive change in our community and in the world. The Woodridge Jaycees are a great way to meet people, expand your professional network, develop new skills and contribute to society.”
