Woodridge Digital Video Production Classes Start Tuesday

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Woodridge for Tuesday, Aug. 20:

·      “Woodridge Community Television Channel 6 is providing training classes on the basics of digital video production including script writing, camera techniques, capturing audio, using graphics, editing and final production. Classes will take place at the Woodridge Village Hall on Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. starting on August 20.” For more information or to register, check the Village website.

·      Start gathering your “business/professional clothing and accessories including suits, shirts, ties, briefcases, shoes, dresses, purses, blouses, jewelry along with adult and children's winter coats and boots.” The Woodridge Junior Woman's Club will be holding their next collection drive on Sept. 3. ·      Heaven on Seven next-door in Naperville are having a seven-course, eight-beer beer dinner on Tuesday night, starting at 7:00 p.m. Featuring Chicago’s Revolution Brewing, “the theme is 'Hopped Up' 
and we will be incorporating hops in the dishes.” It’s $50 per person plus tax and tip.
