Woodridge Public Library Closed Today

Here’s some of what’s going on in and around Woodridge for Friday, Aug. 23:

The Woodridge Indian Princesses is seeking new members. Dads who want to spend more time with their daughters in K-4 should read more here. 

The Woodridge Public Library will be closed on Friday, Aug. 23, for a staff in-service day. It will re-open Saturday, and the book drop are still available Friday. 

There's a crime-free housing seminar from 8 a.m. to 11 a.m. this Saturday, Aug. 24, at the Community Resource Center, 8274 Janes Ave. The class will provide educational information on topics like background checks, evictions, code enforcement and more.
