Holy Thursday “Soup Supper” Service

On Maundy Thursday at 6:30pm come together in the Narthex around tables as Jesus himself gathered his disciples for a special holiday meal. Share a simple supper of bread and soup, then still sitting at table revisit the Last Supper that Christ shared with his followers. To close the service, remember Jesus' challenges to the disciples, his fervent prayer at Gethsemane, and his betrayal, arrest, and secret trial in the dead of night. Depart in quiet thoughtfulness, preparing your heart for Jesus' final act of sacrifice upon the cross.
