Woodridge Park District to Conduct Controlled Burns March 12-May 31
Burns will be conducted at several of Woodridge's parks as part of a natural areas management process.
The will conduct controlled burns at nine of its parks and the Village Greens Golf Course between March 12 and May 31.
The burns will take place by trained staff when weather permits. The burns help conditions for native plants while reducing invasive species.
