We've combined our adult and children's choirs to present a heartwarming rendition of the Christmas story, as recorded in the second chapter of the Gospel of Luke. In this simple rendition, the children will portray the story beginning with Gabriel's announcement to Mary, and concluding with Simeon's sober foretelling of the Christ-child's purpose in coming: to die for the sins of the world.
In a day when Christmas is all about Santa, presents, and Christmas goodies, it is important to be reminded of the real message of the season. Christmas is about Christ! Your heart is sure to be stirred by the festive music and the simple but powerful message of "The Story of Christmas."
