Mary Yezek and Pat Pope Featured in Art Gallery Showing

Woodridge artist and resident Mary Yezek and Downers Grove artist and resident Pat Pope will be exhibiting their works during the month of August at the Woodridge Public Library Gallery.

The show will feature mixed media works. Both women are members of the Midwest Collage Society. Yezek recently won 1st place in a show at the Norris Gallery in St. Charles with her collage of Kirk Muspratt, conductor of the New Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra at College of DuPage. Pope was awarded 3rd place for her work “I Love a Parade” at the Bloomingdale Park District Museum Juried Mixed Media Show.

The exhibit is available for viewing during normal Library hours. A Meet the Artists Reception will be held on Saturday, August 13, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm.
