Touch-a-Truck, Kite Fly and Bike Fest All Featured at Woodridge Park District's Free Motion Explosion Event on May 6

Exploring a fire engine, climbing on trucks, flying kites, riding
bikes…doesn’t that sound like a perfect way to spend a Friday morning or afternoon with your kids on their half day off from school?

Woodridge Park District will host Motion Explosion, a
free, unique event that combines a bike fest, kite fly and Touch-a-Truck components, from 10 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. on Friday, May 6 at Cypress Cove Family Aquatic Park, 8301 S. Janes Ave in Woodridge.

Motion Explosion participants are encouraged to ride their bikes to Cypress Cove to participate in the bike skills course, bring a blanket for a picnic, fly a kite and spend the afternoon getting up close and personal with the working vehicles that will be at the event. Plus, participants can visit with mascots, ride a trackless train, jump in an inflatable and see the Z Team Sled Dogs.
