Snickers is an energetic puppy: date of birth 6/25/12.  She was found tied to an old, beat up car without food or water. Snickers is highly loveable and ball play is her favorite game.  She needs a forever home that is willing to put time into training her and that has a fence.  She is up to date on vaccines, spayed and micro chipped.
