By now everyone is used to rain boots, slickers and frizzy hair, so whatever weather Mother Nature bestows on us this weekend won't be a deterrent to enjoying so many great events.

Why Go: Get in shape and support the Hinsdale South Athletic Club too! Adults and youth (14 and under walk/run a mile instead of a 5K) are all invited to participate.

Why Go: Surely Mother Nature won’t rain on her own parade! (Fingers crossed.) But what a great time to get out with the family and meet Curious George, plant trees, check out some wicked bugs and go on a scavenger hunt. There’s even a Family Work Day on Saturday (register for this in advance.)
