4. 'Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants' Author Visits Anderson's Bookstore in Naperville 

Ann Brashares, of the "Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants," will share her adult novel with the next chapter in the grown-up lives of Carmen, Tibby, Bridget and Lena at 7 p.m. 

5. DuPage County Board asks for budget input

Residents are invited to participate in an online budget survey that will guide the DuPage County Board in its Fiscal Year 2012 budget deliberations. The survey asks residents to rank the services that are most important to them and to specify their top priority. The survey may be completed through July 31. The county board will also hold a series of budget hearings in September.
