Keep Your Kids, Pets and Yourself Inside -- Wind Chill Advisory for Tonight

Bitterly cold wind chills are expected for Tuesday night.

Sub-zero temperatures and steady winds of 10 to 15 mph will create "dangerously cold wind chill readings through Wednesday morning," according to the National Weather Service.

Spending 30 minutes outside can lead to frostbite, and anyone outside is at risk for hypothermia. Make sure to bring in pets and make sure to wear a hat and gloves if you need to venture outside.

Temperatures are expected to drop Tuesday evening after sunset. Arctic air is expected to sweep through the area and stay until Thursday.
