Make Woodridge Patch an App on Your Mobile Phone

It just got easier to check out Woodridge Patch.

You can now catch up with all of Woodridge's news, sports, events and announcements on the Woodridge Patch app.  If you're an iPhone or Android user, the app is a great way to get community headlines and info on the go.

To make Woodridge Patch an app on your phone, follow these easy steps:

1. Open the Safari Internet browser and type in woodridge.patch.com. 
2. Once the page opens, press the "+" sign on the bottom toolbar.
3. Press the option that reads "Add to Home Screen".
4. After pressing the "Add to Home Screen" option, you'll have to name your app. You can name it whatever you want—"World's Greatest News Source", "My Go-To Source for Woodridge Events" or "Coolest Thing on the Net"—but we suggest Woodridge Patch.
5. And there you have it, Woodridge Patch is now at your fingertips wherever you go with your iPhone.

1. Open your web browser and type in woodridge.patch.com. 
2. Once the page is open, bookmark the web page.
3. After bookmarking the woodridge.patch.com, go back to your home screen and long-press in an empty space, which should bring you to the "Add to Home Screen" menu.
4. Select the button "Shortcuts".
5. Select the button "Bookmark".
6. Choose which bookmark you'd like to add to the home screen.
