"They all three lead by example...I really think all three are incredibly hard workers. They have a great work ethic. They are the first ones here and the last to leave. They always ask how to help."

Chengary:

I don't think he's ever danced before, and he has completely transformed into a dancer. It's been exciting to watch the transformation. His acting and singing skills are fantastic. He's passionate about acting and has taken this role and completely made it his own.

Drews:

She's a humble one. Her acting skills have been really refined this year, and she's having a lot of fun playing Irene (in 'Crazy for You'). I think her singing is perfect for the role. Her voice has the perfect tambre. Claire goes above and beyond in asking how she can help. She's an incredibly generous person.

Walsh:

Erin leads by example. She's an incredibly hard worker. She's very humble. She's a triple threat. She could be on Broadway right now, and I've never said that about a kid. She's more talented than some of my friends in college. I've never seen a student this young with so much talent.
