Live acoustic performance by David's Bazaar at Suparossa in Woodridge
DAVID'S BAZAAR, a veteran solo vocal-and-acoustic-guitar act from Woodridge, will return to Suparossa in Woodridge with an evening performance on Friday, July 25, 2014.
As the name implies, DAVID’S BAZAAR offers up a hodgepodge of musical wares, from the intimately familiar to off-the-beaten-path gems, from the fifties to 2014, from fiercely artistic to silly fun, from rock to pop to folk, from the uptempo sing-along to the deliciously atmospheric.
DAVID'S BAZAAR interprets music from the likes of artists such as Pearl Jam, R.E.M., Neil Young, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys, Johnny Cash, Gin Blossoms, Michael Penn, Counting Crows, Elvis Costello, Live, Robyn Hitchcock, Young The Giant, Bad Company, The Goo Goo Dolls, The Beatles, Matchbox 20, Coldplay, The Jayhawks, Slipknot, Elvis Presley, Love Spit Love, Radiohead, Tom Petty, Snow Patrol, The Who, Fuel, and Pink Floyd.
Suparossa, an award-winning neighborhood favorite for the past decade, is an Italian restaurant and pizzeria, featuring a full bar and an extensive wine list.
Showtime runs from 7:00pm to 10:00pm. There is no cover charge, and all ages are welcome. Suparossa is located in the Seven Bridges area, at 6310 S. Route 53, in west suburban Woodridge.
