This one hour, hands on, running form clinic's main focus is improving your running economy. The clinic will begin with drills to reinforce proper movement patterns and will end with a short, 2 mile, run to practice the movement patterns learned through the drills. When you leave the clinic you will have a better idea of how to improve your speed and reduce the risk of injury, no matter if you are just a beginning a running program or if you are a seasoned runner!

- Charles Wiegand will be leading the clinic. Charles is a USATF Level 1 certified track and field coach and the manager of The Runner's Soul in La Grange.
- Craig Mawdsley, Physical Therapist, will be present to answer any questions regarding injury.
