DuPage County is partnering with the Morton Arboretum and the Giving DuPage foundation to host an hour-long observance on Sept. 11.
The event, which begins at 11 a.m., will take place at the Morton Arboretum's Thornhill Education Center, located at 4100 IL-53 in Lisle.
The event will include music, video and speakers honoring everyday heroes and the spirit of unity that arose from the tragedy of Sept. 11.
