West Suburban Communty Pantry Launches Virtual Food Drive

The West Suburban Community Pantry (WSCP) has launched a Virtual Food Drive at www.wcpinc.org. WSCP purchases food and personal care items from the Northern Illinois Food Bank at approximately $0.18 per pound or at a significantly reduced cost. Imagine - 36 boxes of seasoned rice mix for $3.24! Shoppers have the option of choosing the product they wish to purchase for the pantry or making a monetary donation toward the purchase of product. Donations allow the pantry to purchase its most needed items and better meet the community's nutritional needs. Individuals, families, businesses, religious organizations, schools, sports teams can participate 24/7/365!
