Shanahan's will host the Woodridge VFW's second annual Oktoberfest VFW Fundraiser this Saturday Sept. 21, beginning at 6 p.m.
The event features the gourmet menu of Chef "Klause Mandell", which includes schnitzel, roast pork, bratwurst, sauerkraut, spaetzle and apple strudel for dessert. A cash bar will have Warstiener Oktoberfest Bier at $4 per liter (free mug with purchase).
Music and live entertainment is by Ray and The Boys, and limited seating is available. Tickets are $25 each and can be purchased from any Woodridge VFW member, or by calling 630-910-1578 and leaving a message.

Shanahan's is located at 1999 W. 75th St., at the corner of Woodward and 75th. Proceeds benefit the Woodridge VFW Post 1578.
