I have had the pleasure of knowing Mike for 25 years and I worked with Mike for 9 years on the Berwyn Development Corporation Board of Directors; a pure volunteer, member elected position to be entrusted with the current and future development of the City of Berwyn.

Mike has experience in unifying Businesses, School Districts, Park Districts, Residents and City Council environments, to cement the future of a strong sales tax base through redevelopment projects and social interaction for the betterment of the City as a whole.
- We managed million dollar budgets
- We were hired by the City of Berwyn to manage 4 completely different dynamic Tax Incremental Funding Districts
- Planned and executed Citywide Community Social events
- Worked development and redevelopment projects in a completely Transparent environment following all state and federal regulations
- We instituted Term Limits in our own governing by-laws to ensure long term transparency and eliminating the chance of old boy politics
- Developed marketing strategies to Market the City outside their boundaries’ to bring in more home buyers, businesses and customers
- Created a continuing nonpartisan base for the City to withstand an ever changing economy so that the City of Berwyn would have the tools available to withstand a down turn without drawing more real estate tax dollars from the residents.
Mike has this experience and has always carried himself in a professional manner earning the trust of those who work with him, his customers, family and friends. My family members are residents of Woodridge and they will be voting for Mike because he is the right choice and the right voice for the people.
