The Aurelio’s Pizza Family Tradition Essay Contest is off to a great start and we want to make sure that your 4th graders have enough time to learn and write about your family traditions! To give everyone a chance to enter, we’ve extended the deadline to November 15, 2013.
We’re asking for a 300-word essay where students interview their parents and grandparents to share their special family traditions. Last year, we loved the essays and heard lots about Christmas, Easter, Hanukah, Thanksgiving and summer vacation. Plus, learned a few traditions we hadn’t heard of that were just plain fun like the Pickle Hunt and the Blast Party.
4th graders, you’ll be competing with other 4th graders in your area for prizes including everything from class pizza parties, to free family dinners from Aurelio’s, to gift cards for classroom supplies for your teacher.
Remember, entering is easy! So if you’re a 4th grader or 4th grade teacher who lives within a 10-mile radius of any Aurelio’s, visit www.AureliosTraditions.com between now and November 15 for submission information, judging criteria, a complete list of rules and to register.
