Two juveniles were seen lighting a park bench on fire at Ide’s Grove East Park, 8127 Meadowwood Ave., at about 5:45 p.m.

Purse Stolen at the Movies

A purse containing an iPhone was stolen from Hollywood Blvd. Theatre, 1001 W. 75th St., shortly after 10 p.m.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 29

Bike Stolen

A bike and iPhone were stolen from Castaldo Park, 3024 71st St.

TUESDAY, OCT. 1  

Taking Anything They Could Get

A pair of prescription glasses and spare change were taken from a car parked in the 7800 block of Sprucewood sometime between 7 p.m. Sept. 30 and 7:45 a.m. Oct. 1.  

Unlawful Credit Card Possession

Erin Mazurowski, 34, of the 3500 block of S. Sangamon Street in Chicago, was charged with unlawful possession of credit card following an incident in the 6000 block of Ross Drive.
