Retail theft

  • Amy Puntney, 27, from the 7400 block of Brookdale Drive, was arrested around 3:40 p.m. and charged with retail theft after police said she removed various clothing items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th St.
  • Eva Sakowski, 19, from the 400 block of Allison Court in Hinsdale, was arrested around 6:30 p.m. and charged with retail theft after police said she stole $100 worth of items from Kohl’s, 1001 75th St.

  • Police said Stanley Johnson, 55, of the 2900 block of Forest Glen Parkway, was arrested around 7:50 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after being stopped near 75th Street and Woodward Avenue.
  • Algirdas Kuzminskas, 36, of the 7400 block of Grand Avenue in Downers Grove, was arrested around 10:15 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop near the intersection of Lemont Road and 101st Street, according to reports.

Police said Kyle Martz, 23, from the 1900 block of Cornell Drive in New Lenox, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop near the intersection of 83rd Street and Kelly Court.

Car stolen

Someone stole a silver 2004 Chevrolet Monte Carlo between 6:45 p.m. April 22 and 7 a.m. April 23 in the 8200 block of Piers Drive, according to reports.
