Police Blotter: 3 Thefts at Kohl's, Bench Stolen

Woodridge police reports, July 8-13.

July 13 

Theft from Kohl's 

Cynthia Perfect, 51, from the 3700 block of Maple Street in Berwyn, was arrested around 4 p.m. and charged with retail theft after she removed various items from , 1001 75th St., police said.

July 12

Bernadette Bieda, 23, and Kinga Bieda, 18, both from the 800 block of State Street in Lisle, were arrested around 2:45 p.m. and charged with retail theft after they removed various items from , 1001 75th St., police said.

July 11 

BB gun possession 

Farrell Burgs, 30, from the 7800 block of Woodward Avenue, was arrested around 6:15 p.m. and charged with unlawful possession of a weapon after he was found in possession of a BB gun in the 200 block of Apple Lane, police said. 

July 9 

Theft from Kohl's 

Eman Youssef, 44, from the 1700 block of Borman Place in Downers Grove, was arrested around 5:50 p.m. and charged with retail theft after she removed two rings from , 1001 75th St., police said. 

Car hood marked with paint 

Someone marked the hood of a car with yellow spray paint between 7 p.m. on July 9 and 6 a.m. on July 10 in the 6300 block of Maxwell Drive, police said. 

July 8 

Bench removed 

Someone removed a bench from the front yard of a residence in the 1200 block of Hastings Road between 6 p.m. on July 8 and 6 a.m. on July 9, police said. 

Driving under the influence 

Anselmo Mena, 31, from the 2400 block of Spring Street, was arrested around 9:30 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, illegal transport of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving while license suspended and warrant service following a traffic stop in the 2400 block of Spring Street, police said.
