Illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor

Patryk Baba, 20, from the 400 block of 74th Street in Downers Grove, was arrested around 5 a.m. and charged with illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor in the 6400 block of Double Eagle Drive, police said.

Spray paint found on underpass

Someone marked an underpass with spray paint near Woodridge Drive. The spray paint was found around 2:45 p.m., police said. 

Driving under the influence

Tomas Bujauskas, 23, from the 4400 block of Blackhawk Drive in Lisle, was arrested around 3 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop in the 6600 block of Route 53, police said.

Richard Smith, 22, from the 9700 block of Pacific Court in Burr Ridge, was arrested around 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a traffic stop near the intersection of 75th   Street and Devereaux, police said.

Moises Santana-Damian, 56, from the 3700 block of 57th Street in Chicago, was arrested around 4:50 a.m. and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol following a single vehicle accident near the intersection of 75th Street and Interstate 355, police said.
