Police Blotter: DUI, Hit-and-Run at Tilted Kilt

Woodridge police reports, Oct. 19-20.

SATURDAY, OCT. 20

DUI Charge 

Nancy McGregor, 50, of the 7200 block of Grand Avenue in Downers Grove, was charged with driving under the influence and speeding in a construction zone after police stopped her at about 12:45 a.m. near 75th Street and Devereaux.

Car Burglary

A resident in the 8800 block of Baron Street told police that an iPhone and spare change were stolen from their car. Police believe the burglary occurred sometime between 10 p.m. Oct. 18 and 7 a.m. Oct. 19. 

Hit and Run

Heather Jurkowski, 36, of the 800 block of Maple Avenue in Woodridge, was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. Police said the accident occurred at about 1:10 a.m. in the parking lot of Tilter Kilt on Route 53.
