Police Blotter: Electronics Stolen From Home, Thefts Reported at Kohl's

THURSDAY, AUGUST 30

Theft

received a report of a theft that occurred at approximately 6 p.m. in the 2400 block of Crystal Court. Someone removed various electronics while attending a party at the resident's home.

Retail Theft

At approximately 4:00 p.m., Sofia Villanueva, 57, of 7337 Woodward Ave. in Woodridge, was charged with retail theft. Police say she removed various items from Kohl’s in the 1000 block of 75th Street.

At approximately 6:30 p.m., three juveniles (15, 17 and 16) all from Woodridge, were charged with retail theft. Police say they removed several items from Kohl’s in the 1000 block of 75th Street.

FRIDAY, AUGUST 24

Theft

At approximately 2 p.m., Ronaldas Jablonskis, 20, of 8212 Anchor Drive in Woodridge and Miguel Pineda, 19, of 2819 Forest Glen Parkway in Woodridge were both charged with theft after they cashed a fraudulent coin receipt at a business in the 2300 block of 75th Street.
