Police Blotter: Handguns Stolen From Storage Unit

Woodridge Police Reports Sept. 21 - Sept. 26.

TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 25

Theft

At approximately 12:10 p.m., Miranda Garcia, 20, of 2343 Ogden Avenue in Downers Grove, was charged with theft. Woodridge police say Garcia removed cash from a cash register at the Home Depot at 7200 Woodward Avenue.

Theft

Sometime between early August and September 20, someone stole three handguns from a storage unit located in the 8000 block of Route 53.
