I'm sure he was just starting to turn his life around. This was probably an isolated incident.

Parole & probation is the greatest liberal hoax ever perpetrated on the innocents citizens of Illinois. Our "criminal justice system" has become such a joke that there's too many criminals. The state can't afford to punish 'em all, so they let 'em loose on the quiet countryside via probation and parole. But, parole/probation does serve a purpose -- it keeps lawyers in business. Because it gives criminals a 2nd, 3rd, 4th chance at re-offending thus the need for lawyers is quadrupled. And, lawyers run our state. Lawyers are our elected officials. Are you seeing a trend here?
