Woodridge police reports, April 21-25

THURSDAY, APRIL 25

DUI, Uninsured Vehicle

Hector Martinez, 24, of the 1400 block of Sage Drive, Woodridge, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. Martinez was charged at 3:42 a.m. following a traffic stop on International Parkway at Lemont Road.

Copping Coins From Church

Someone entered a church on the 7800 block of Janes Avenue and took about $2 in U.S. coins. The incident occurred at about 7:39 a.m., according to police.

Retail Theft

Gabriela Lopez, 38, of the first block of West 66th Street, Westmont, was charged at 6:50 p.m. with retail theft after removing clothing from a store on the 1000 block of 75th Street. Also charged at the same location was Kimberly Reid, 53, of the 18W100 block of 63rd Street, Westmont. Reid was charged with retail theft after removing jewelry at about 2:48 p.m., according to police.
