String of Car Burglaries Jan. 9-11

Three car burglaries were reported between Jan. 9 and Jan. 11, according to .
In each of these incidents, someone shattered a car window at night and stole the car's stereo system.
Two of these incidents happened in the early hours of Jan. 11.

Someone shattered the passenger side window of a vehicle and removed the car’s stereo system between 1 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. Jan. 11 in the 8100 block of Route 53.
Someone then shattered the driver’s side window of a car and removed a car’s stereo system between 10 p.m. on Jan. 10 and noon on Jan. 11 in the 2100 block of Apple Lane.

The third incident of car burglary took place between 10 p.m. on Jan. 8 and 8 a.m. on Jan. 9, when someone shattered the front and rear driver's side windows and stole a car stereo in the 2500 block of Forest Drive.
There was one other incident reported in which a car window was shattered but nothing was taken at St. Scholastica Parish on Jan. 7.
This incident occurred between 3 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. in the 7800 block of Janes Avenue. Someone shattered the rear windshield of a car.
Woodridge police have not reported whether any of these incidents were related.
