Retail theft

Khushbakht Rehman, 18, and Huda Rehman, 20, both from the 3000 block of Roberts in Woodridge, were both arrested around 4 p.m. and charged with retail theft after they removed two carts of merchandise from Target, 2333 63rd St., police said.
