Woodridge Driver Ticketed in Fatal I-355 Accident Saturday
A 17-year-old was killed in the three-car accident Saturday.
A 17-year-old was killed Saturday and two others were injured in a three-car accident that took place on the ramp from I-355 to I-88.
A 2006 Mercury was changing lanes on the ramp when it cut off a white Ford, bounced off the trailer of a semi-trailer truck parked on the right shoulder of the ramp and hit a van, according to the Chicago Tribune. The truck was partly in the right lane of the ramp.
A 17-year-old from was driving the Mercury and was charged with improper lane usage. His name has not been released because he is a juvenile.

Amber Elizabeth Adams, 17, of Park City, was the front seat passenger of the Mercury. Adams was pronounced dead on the scene around 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Illinois State Police told the Tribune.
Two more, both passengers in the Mercury, were injured in the accident. At least one was ejected. Neither were believed to have life-threatening injuries, the Trib reported.
