Woodridge Man Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine Conspiracy
Woodridge resident Michael Dehlinger agreed to testify against his co-defendant as part of a deal made with prosecutors.
Michael Dehlinger of pleaded guilty Aug. 28 for his part in a methamphetamine conspiracy, and agreed to testify against a co-defendant as part of a deal with prosecutors.
The 22-year-old was arrested in May after police discovered a small meth lab, drugs and drug paraphernalia inside his apartment. Police had gone to Dehlinger's apartment originally to serve him an arrest warrant for theft.
He was initially charged with conspiracy to make meth and possession of meth-making materials, but pleaded guilty in the deal to possessing less than 30 grams of "methamphetamine precursor," court records show.
