What is the primary reason you are running for this office?

I have lived in Woodridge for 35 years. Extensive experience and knowledge from positions and volunteering in the community. Pride and love for the community of Woodridge.

Member Woodridge School Dist 68 Board of Education for eight years. Village Plan Commissioner for eight years. Previous President Woodridge Newcomers, Jubilee Committee, Keep Green Space Green committe.

Presently: Member League of Women Voters, Woodridge Special Events Committee, Woodridge Chamber of Commerce, very active at St Scholastica Parish and volunteer at West Suburban food pantry.

Continue and build on the tradition of excellence for the Village of Woodridge.

Length of residence, community involvement, Pride and Love for the Village.

What do you think are the top 3 goals for the Village of Woodridge?

Commercial Development, especially completion of the Seven Bridges Development.

Work with other taxing bodies to consolidate services and capital.

Promote residential upkeep and improvements.

What are some ways to promote economic development in the village?

Support Village staff in their expertise in marketing and promotion.

Are there any new services or programs Woodridge should try to offer? 

Interactive Village Web Site where residents have opportunity to share ideas, suggestions and comments.

Easier access, ability to obtain parking permits at Metra stations.
