In response to the community and Village Board, the village has launched a new online mapping tool, according to a press release from the village.
The tool is called myWoodridge, and it's "an online mapping application that provides the public the ability to view property information including PINs (parcel identification numbers), address and zoning information," the release said.
The can be accessed via the village website at Woodridge GIS.
Residents can also track quality of life data via MetroPulse, which includes unemployment rates, housing costs and education attainment, the release said. MetroPulse is an online tool developed by the Chicago Metropolitan Planning Agency. You can find that site here.
The release said another online tool will be launched in April to provide "easy access to community data." The tool will be another map, called What's Happening Woodridge.
The map will "identify current development activity within the village," the release said.
