Chicago Comets Beep Baseball Game Today

The team comprised of blind and visually impaired athletes will take to the field at Jefferson Junior High in Woodridge Saturday afternoon.

At 1 p.m. today, the Woodridge Lions Club will host the Chicago Comets Beep Baseball Team for their fourth annual game at . The school is located at 7200 Janes Avenue in Woodridge. Admission to the game is free.

The Chicago Comets is a group of blind and visually impaired athletes from the Chicagoland area. Beep Baseball is a version of conventional baseball that has been adopted to allow visually impaired athletes to compete.
