will get a new synthetic field for soccer and softball and a new parking lot under a $2.1 million outdoor improvement plan approved this week.
DGN will get a rebuilt east parking lot and a brand new west parking lot, as well as the electrical, plumbing and landscaping for the projects, according to TribLocal.
The school board mostly accepted the lowest bids for the project and are using money from the sale of 40 acres of land near Towne Center to the village of Woodridge and the Woodridge Park District.
