Too Stressed for Success: Reducing, Managing, and Thriving on It

You think you are stressed out? Join the club. Kelly James-Enger, consultant, speaker, and author, will talk about the fact that whether you feel anxious, frustrated, or simply ticked off some (or most) of the time, chances are that stress is affecting your life and health. Learn how to reduce and manage stress-and even use it to your advantage-in this practical, realistic program. The program will be held Monday, January 16, at 7:00 pm.
