Lakeview Jr. High School Wind Ensemble Dedicates Song to Hunter Himes
The band performed the song Thursday for the Lakeview eighth-grader recovering from a February accident.
The Wind Ensemble dedicated a song to eighth-grader Hunter Himes at its concert Thursday.
through a crosswalk in Darien Feb. 26 when he was struck by a car and trapped underneath. He has been recovering from brain trauma and other injuries and continues in rehab to regain function of his body.
