Hawthorne Hill Woods will be transformed into a various scary scenes featuring ghosts, ghouls and slithering creatures.
The event will be held from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, as well as from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday.
Kids ages nine and up can come with parental permission. The Saturday afternoon session will be more suitable for children ages nine and under, as well as the faint of heart.
Participants will be taken to the haunted forest on hayrides. Parking will be available on Carleton Drive, at Village Hall and at Woodridge Public Library.

The drop off/pick-up location will be on the west end of the Park District Community Center parking lot.
