Retail Activity Gathering Momentum in Seven Bridges Development with New Owners

Aggressive marketing has brought new businesses, such as NUF frozen yogurt, Cherry Creek Mortage and Jam 'N Jelly Cafe, set to open in the fall.

The new owners of the Main Street at Seven Bridges and their marketing team have been working to bring new business to the development. And it looks like their efforts are paying off. Retail activity is gathering momentum at Seven Bridges, which was acquired in November 2011 by BROE Group and Starwood Capital. The companies hired Alter 360 to market the development. Alter 360 has been aggressively marketing the site, which has resulted in the attraction of NUF; a new frozen yogurt restaurant, Cherry Creek Mortgage and most recently Jam ‘N Jelly Café  which is expected to open this fall.  In addition to the new businesses, activity has remained strong  and Alter360 is currently negotiating with several restaurant operators and retail users …
